1. Q: I’m interested in your products, but now I’m out of China; could you offer you labels to my country?
     A: Sure! We’ve got full exportation experience, and no matter where you are, we may arrange the delivery for
     you, either by sea, by air or by express, depending on your need.

2. Q: What shall I do if I decide to buy from you?
     A: First, you may send us your formal order with your company head letter;
     Second, after receiving your order, we may send you official PI with details for your confirmation, within 24
     hours; Contract, which you view as necessary, will also send to you within 60 hours, in tele-format;
     Third, you are expected to do the TT for 100% payment under US$5,000 per order; any other pay terms for
     amount above US$5,000, is negociatable after our discussion;
     Fourth, production starts as soon as we confirm your payment, which we would also have you informed of the
     progress;
     Fifth, we arrange the delivery to the carrier, which may be appointed either by you or us; and finish all
     customs clearance; it takes 10～45days to your destination, up to the distance, which we would also let you
     know once you tell us your destination in the beginning; B/L is soon sent to you as the document for you to
     pick up the goods when it arrives;
     Last, when the goods reach your side, you are supposed to be contacted. If the goods is sent by express, it's
     to-door service, and you are only demanded to pay for some customs tax; if the goods is sent by sea or air,
     you may have to go to the port to collect the goods yourself, and also pay for some tax fees. And this is the last
     step for the deal!

3. Q: It looks like more troublesome than that if I just buy from my local supplier, but is there any advantages in      buying from you?
     A: International trading is always not that easy to do as domestic trading, neverthless, it’s still hot all of
     the world. And the biggest advantage of us is cost-effectiveness, even taking the freight cost into consideration.
     The point of sourcing from us is: the more you buy, the more you save!

4. Q: I’ve reviewed your price, it’s amazing indeed; but how can I rest assured about your quantity and    
    stability?
    A: first,our materials all come from those top adhesive material suppliers, which is Avery Dennison, base
    in U.S., as well as our top Chinese domestic suppliers…and SGS report is provided for your reference;
    Second, we’ve strictly carried out ISO9001:2000, ISO14001, SA8000, to gurantee the production;
    Additionally, we’ve successfully been one of well-regnized suppliers for Walmart, Carrfour, Auchan, Tesco,
    Epson…for many years; and we may committee that once there’s any default of the products due to our
    mistake, we shall 100% take the responsibility!

5. Q: Is possible to custom the labels with my own design?
     A: Yes, and you just need send us your drawings or artworks, then you may get what you want!

6. Q: Do you provide OEM service?
     A: Yes. Actually, we’re already OEM for some brand, and also do the specific packing for them.

7. Q: I would like to be your distributor in our market, is it possible?
     A: Certainly, distributor and agent and reseller of any corperation format is possible under further negociation,
     and we’re always happy to work with those partners who feel great interest in our business, and would like to
     share the benefits with you to a greatest extend!

8. Q: I have continuous orders with big volumn that would like to place to you, due to your good price; but are
     you sure your production capacity is ok for that?
     A: We’ve three plants with 7 production lines of 4.5 million square meters capacity per month by far; while
     another new production line is about to setup in 3 months!
     After receiving orders from our clients, the HQ may allot the production assessments to our plants, to make
     sure the scientificly effective and timely production!
